The whole school celebrated World Book Day this
year by dressing up as a book character of their
choice (as can be seen in the photographs
below).

The main aim of World Book Day is to encourage children to explore the
pleasures of books and reading by providing them with the opportunity to
have a book of their own with every child being provided with a free book
token, courtesy of National Book Tokens Ltd.
